At Kelly’s Korner Boutique, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like many small online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
• Items must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back and will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items:
Please note that swimwear, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

All eligible items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after this timeframe may be denied.

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. depending on the best available service for your area.

If you happen to place multiple orders on the same day, please email us at info@kellyskornerboutique.com to request order combination — we’ll gladly refund one of the shipping fees once the orders are merged.

Please note that Kelly’s Korner Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We’re unable to refund shipping costs for carrier delays or delivery issues once packages are in transit. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
